Roxtec – eliminate welding when sealing metal pipe penetrations

Welding on board is a costly and time-consuming process, but is considered standard in the installation of metal pipe penetrations.

The use of thin-walled materials (less than 3 mm) for pipes such as stainless steel, copper, copper-nickel or titanium has increased the welding requirements and technical skills needed to weld and manage such transitions on board, with consequent increased costs.

Traditional methods of transitions with the use of bulkhead joints or steel pipes with flanged connections are gradually being replaced by alternative solutions that do not require welding at all.
