Offshore Wind Energy – regulations

The Act facilitates the investment process, including: exceptions to general rules in matters relating to administrative decisions issued for the implementation of offshore wind farms. It also introduces changes, among others in the Construction Law, supplementing the definition of a structure with an offshore wind turbine.
