Environmental decision and the Offshore Wind Farm
Investors planning to build wind farms in the Baltic Sea must reconcile many interest groups. For many years, the benefits of access to the sea have been used by fishermen, shipping, the Polish Navy and tourists. Currently, in the face of Poland’s growing ambitions to build offshore wind farms, in order to diversify energy sources, the above-mentioned interest groups will be forced to share the space intended for the construction of wind farms with investors from the energy sector, often having conflicting interests.
