Vistal Offshore is looking for a buyer or lessee of a production property in the area of the Port of Gdynia

There is an area of 32,932 m² of land with access to water, road and railway infrastructure available. The permissible load is 2 t/m² on the floor inside the hall and 5 t/m² on the square. The property has one of the most modern halls in Poland with a production area of 12,000 m². There are 10 cranes with a lifting capacity from 20 to 100 tons. The cranes can work in tandem and it is possible to lift a unit of up to 200 tons. The hall is very high – it is 34 m to the ridge and 27 m to the crane hook. The gate with dimensions of 27 x 33 m is huge – you can build a whole ship there and drive it through the gate.
