The supply plan should include companies that meet the conditions of equal competition, i.e. companies that are not subsidized by unjustified state aid, and meet certain conditions in terms of environmental standards and occupational health and safety of employees. If they do not meet these conditions, the price they offer is dumped. PMTF proposed to introduce the concept of “comparable price”, which would show how much the same product would cost if the producer outside the EU had to comply to the EU rules. In such a case, EU companies, including Polish ones, would be competitive.
